Fleetgrid · Energy and backup power

Power that stays on

Fleetgrid is a modular energy and backup power system for sites where a power outage is not an option. The system is sized to the site's loads, availability requirements and required backup time, and assembled from factory-built modules.

Sites where availability is decisive

  • Data centres and equipment rooms
  • Communication and ground stations
  • Sites critical to security of supply

Modules

The system is built from standard modules and site-specific engineering.

Electrical design and control system – also available separately

Battery, system and generator containers

Distribution, metering and load control

Equipment, server and room units

Delivery step by step

  1. Sizing

Power balance for the whole site, allocation of no-break and short-break loads, and provisions for expansion.

  2. Redundancy architecture

N+1 or 2N according to the site's availability target, with no single points of failure.

  3. Factory build and FAT

Manufacturing runs in parallel with site works. The site needs foundations and cabling.

  4. Installation, commissioning and SAT

Installation, commissioning and site acceptance testing.

  5. Interfaces

Building management system (BMS), alarms and metering.

  6. Documentation

Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), certificates and regulatory compliance.

  7. Maintenance

24/7 service, lifecycle support and a component replacement plan.

Security requirements

Deliveries are engineered to the requirements of accredited and classified sites. Monitoring is implemented locally or remotely, as the site's information security requirements allow.

AICG Projects

Demanding power systems as a productised delivery

Every project follows the same process. Each delivery is built from standard modules and site-specific engineering, on top of the AI Charge Data control and data layer.
